Minerals (bases) are vital players in countless metabolic processes. The body cannot produce them itself and therefore needs to be supplied daily in individually sufficient quantities.

Minerals play a special role in maintaining the acid-base balance. We should always try to avoid a deviation from this balance. Unfortunately, it is often impossible to consume enough minerals. Instead, we usually overload our organism with acid-forming foods, which can ultimately lead to over-acidification of the entire organism. For this reason, we are almost all "too acidic", at least as far as our body environment is concerned.

In addition to their function as acid neutralizers - mentioned above - minerals offer other advantages that can be particularly interesting for those who are active in sports, as regular workouts generally increase the need for fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and much more. The composition of our Basico D+ is mainly based on the body's natural mineral spectrum, i.e. a mineral mix that contains the most important bases for buffering acids: potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc citrate as well as sodium hydrogen carbonate. It also contains silicon dioxide, Sango coral powder and vitamin D3.

Recommended use: Up to 10 tablets daily - as needed - spread throughout the day with plenty of liquid
