Cellular energy with coenzyme Q10

The coenzyme Q10 plays a central role in the power plants of the human cell, the mitochondria. There it is part of the so-called respiratory chain, with the help of which the cell generates energy and supplies our organs and muscles with energy, because only with Q10 can the energy from our food be optimally converted and used by the body.
